Local Store Marketing Brand Ambassador (Dunkin’)

Time commitment: 10 hours per week
Overview
As part of Quality Brand Group’s Local Store Marketing (LSM) Brand Ambassador Program, this position is a critical, hybrid role responsible for providing immediate impact on topline sales within one of our designated five regions across the United States. Serving as the vital link between store operations and marketing strategy, this role ensures all local efforts are focused, measurable, and executed flawlessly to drive sales and profit, and increase community engagement.

Responsibilities
Serve as the local field marketing expert, giving real-time feedback to the Marketing Team on what’s working and what isn’t.
Work closely with the District Managers and Regional Manager to guide their marketing efforts and support their sales goals.
Take focused, quick, and aggressive action to help districts where sales are urgently needed.
Identify and map LSM opportunities across the region (such as school events, parades, markets, etc.) for the District Managers and Regional Manager to choose from and engage in.
Coach District Managers and General Managers on how to execute community events, school programs, promotions, etc.
Create and deploy event communications.
Make sure Dunkin’ marketing platforms (including HubKonnect, LSM Now, etc.), and their tools are correctly used.
Screen brand requests and partnership opportunities, and activate District Manager(s) to convert these into sales
Support the launch and execution of the Dunkin’ catering program
