Jim Valerio
Director of Facilities
Jim Valerio serves as Director of Facilities, bringing more than 30 years of leadership experience in multi-restaurant operations management, including the last nine years focused on facilities management. In his role, Jim leads a team of facility repair technicians and manages relationships with external vendors to ensure equipment, buildings, and operational systems are maintained to the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and reliability. His extensive operational background provides him with a practical, solutions-driven approach to maintaining seamless day-to-day operations across multiple locations.
Jim is recognized for his strong organizational leadership, attention to detail, and ability to successfully manage complex projects and teams. His expertise includes contract management, facility asset replacement planning, vendor coordination, project tracking, and operational budgeting, supported by advanced computer and spreadsheet skills. With a professional yet approachable management style, Jim is committed to fostering collaboration, driving operational excellence, and ensuring facilities consistently support the company’s long-term goals and success.
