Suzan Lanni serves as Director of HR for Quality Brand Group, bringing over 30 years of experience driving human capital strategy and multi-state operations.

A key business partner, Suzan shapes the organization’s talent, culture, and workforce frameworks to align with long-term business objectives. She leads all core Human Resources functions - spanning total rewards, talent acquisition, labor compliance, HRIS, and risk management - ensuring a scalable, high-performing workforce positioned for growth.Suzan brings over three decades of executive experience driving large-scale store expansion and strategic HR planning for major retail and quick-service restaurant (QSR) brands. Prior to Quality Brand Group, she spent 30 years overseeing multi-unit operations across a diverse franchise portfolio, including Blockbuster Video, Boston Market, Einstein Bros. Bagels, Palm Beach Tan, and several Dunkin’ franchise networks.

She began her career with Blockbuster Entertainment Corporation’s regional office in Long Island, New York, where she managed regional talent acquisition, onboarding programs, and general HR administration—laying the foundation for her deep expertise in multi-unit workforce management.

Suzan is a Certified Trainer in Workplace Harassment Prevention, is HIPAA Certified, and is an ADP Ambassador.

Suzan holds a Master’s degree in Labor Management from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a minor in Mathematics from the State University of New York at Albany.
