Ashleigh Griffith
Director of Marketing
A trusted brand builder, Ashleigh Griffith plays a defining role in shaping the story of the best coffee, donut and breakfast brand in America as a member of the leadership team at Quality Brand Group.
Ashleigh built her career in marketing and communications with multiple high growth private equity and public companies across the sectors of foodservice, hospitality and entertainment, including Yum! Brands, Wingstop, and Well Go USA Entertainment.
Prior to Quality Brand Group, during her tenure at Yum! Brands, Ashleigh established “The Originals” - the first-ever KFC global employer brand playbook used to recruit team members across 30,000 stores and 145 countries - and influenced the overall brand strategy and positioning for the next-generation consumer.
In 2023, she was named to Brand Innovators’ 40 under 40 list. Ashleigh is a graduate of Drew University and an alum of the McKinsey Management Accelerator.
