As Vice President - Development, he holds comprehensive oversight of global real estate strategy, including site selection, new store development, facility remodeling, and ongoing operations support.

A former attorney, Pieter brings legal and strategic perspective to commercial development. His career spans international markets, beginning with the practice of law in South Africa before relocating to Texas in 2021. Throughout his distinguished career, he has directed complex, large-scale land acquisition and development initiatives across commercial real estate, logistics, and renewable energy sectors - including utility-scale wind and solar projects.
