Quality Brand Group opens milestone 30th Dunkin’ location in Texas
Company ranks among the largest U.S. restaurant franchisees, coming in at No. 93
WAXAHACHIE, TX – November 10, 2025
Quality Brand Group (QBG), a recognized leader in large-scale, multi-market QSR business and the third largest Dunkin’ franchisee west of the Mississippi, is proud to announce the successful grand opening of its 30th Dunkin’ location in the state of Texas. The newest restaurant, located at 2110 N US Hwy 77 in Waxahachie, officially opened its doors on Saturday, November 8th, to a large and enthusiastic crowd.
The celebration marked a significant milestone for QBG’s continued expansion and commitment to bringing the Dunkin’ brand to communities across the Lone Star State.
"Saturday was a beautiful day for a loud and proud grand opening," said a spokesperson for Quality Brand Group. "Reaching 30 Dunkin’ locations in Texas is a testament to our team's dedication and the warm reception we consistently receive from local communities."
Community Support and Special Guests
The event was highlighted by strong support from local leaders and organizations, reflecting the community’s excitement for the new store. Honored guests included Mayor Billie Wallace, representatives from the Waxahachie Family YMCA, the Waxahachie Fire Department, and the City of Waxahachie.
As part of QBG's commitment to being a positive investment for the people and communities with which we engage, the grand opening featured a presentation to a vital local non-profit, the Waxahachie Family YMCA. Supported by the Dunkin’ Joy in Childhood Foundation, the $3,000 grant will support the bold transformation ahead for Waxahachie Family YMCA: its expansion to serve an additional 1,000+ families each year and create community spaces for every generation.
QBG also extended special thanks to several memorable attendees:
Maria, a Boston native who relocated to the community nearly 20 years ago. Maria celebrated every minute of the event, having counted down the days for this opening since her daughter, Katelyn, was 9 years old, and even writing into the city of Waxahachie about her love of Dunkin’.
Logan and Grayson, two young fans who dressed up like Dunkin’ team members and collected signatures on their tumblers, making the team "feel like the morning stars they are."
QBG also expressed gratitude to brand partners at Inspire Brands for sharing in the special day.
Commitment to Growth
The opening of the Waxahachie restaurant solidifies QBG's role as a major contributor to franchise and restaurant development in the West region. "To all who came out—thank you. Dunkin’ runs on you!" the spokesperson added. "Waxahachie, we can’t wait to return your remarkable hospitality every single day!"
