QBG Celebrates National Coffee Break Day by Honoring Local Heroes with Free Coffee for a Month
Dunkin’ locations across the Southwest surprise daily regulars with Free Coffee for a Month to celebrate National Coffee Break Day.
PHOENIX, AZ — While most of the country took a momentary pause for National Coffee Break Day on January 20, select Quality Brand Group Dunkin’ locations across the Southwest used the occasion to turn a routine coffee run into a month-long celebration for our most dedicated customers.
To highlight the importance of taking a well-deserved break during work hours, our operations teams in Phoenix, Colorado Springs, and Las Vegas identified daily regulars - the local heroes who power the community - to surprise them with Free Coffee for a Month. Each honored customer received a special prize pack including Dunkin' gift cards, a celebratory Free Coffee for a Month certificate, and exclusive branded swag like as bucket hats, sunglasses, and tumblers.
The celebrations extended across the region:
In Las Vegas, we celebrated Courtney, a dedicated member of the U.S. Army who makes Dunkin’ a part of his daily morning routine.
In Phoenix, the team surprised Torae, a supervisor of city construction projects and a loyal guest for several years, who arrived for his usual 6 a.m. visit to find a celebration waiting.
In Colorado Springs, store teams honored Brandon, a former active-duty service member currently working at the Air Force Academy. A father of two and a blacksmith in his spare time, Brandon has been a familiar face at his local Dunkin’ for six years.
