Peyton Runs on Dunkin’! Inside Our 188th Store Opening in Colorado
PEYTON, CO (May 2026) – Quality Brand Group (QBG) has officially opened its newest Dunkin’ location at 8035 Meridian Park Drive. The brand new, 2,000-square-foot Next Generation location marks the franchise network’s 17th restaurant in Colorado and the 188th store in QBG’s growing national portfolio.
The grand opening kicked off at 8:00 a.m. with a massive community turnout, welcoming nearly 400 local residents for their first Dunkin’ morning run on day one of operation. The celebration featured a live DJ, face painting, merchandise giveaways, and an appearance by Dunkin's mascot, Cuppy. To reward the earliest fans, the first 100 guests in line - including local resident Alexandra and her pup, Tater Tot, who waited hours in line -were awarded free coffee for 100 days.
Following the morning festivities, QBG hosted an official ribbon-cutting ceremony. To commemorate the milestone and celebrate the Dunkin' Joy in Childhood Foundation's 10th year, QBG senior leadership unveiled a $3,000 grant dedication to Children's Hospital Colorado - Colorado Springs to support vital local pediatric healthcare.
"Opening our 188th store is an incredible milestone, but the real joy was executing this out in the neighborhood," said QBG leadership. "This opening is dedicated to the 'doers' who power this community every single day, as well as our powerhouse operations and development teams who turned a blueprint into a reality."
Ahead of the grand opening, QBG teams hit the pavement for local donut drops to thank hometown heroes, including local business owners like Theresa, residents like Jen, Jackie in residential planning, Patti a Montessori school teacher, and Randy, a local veteran. The positively spirited culture on display at the event even inspired Serena, a local attendee, to apply for a role on the spot. The new restaurant has created dozens of local jobs and will be open daily from 4:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
The seamless launch was driven by QBG’s internal teams, including regional and district leadership, development and construction teams, brand partners and vendors. QBG extends its gratitude to The New Falcon Herald, Woodmen Hills Metro District, and the Falcon Fire Department for their community partnership.
QBG will continue its rapid Colorado expansion with two additional locations scheduled to open in Castle Rock and Colorado Springs later this year.
