PHOENIX (June 16, 2025) – Dunkin’, the largest coffee and donut brand in the United States, will open three new Next Generation restaurants this summer across the Phoenix Metro Area. All three locations will be owned and operated by Quality Brand Group (QBG), Dunkin’s local franchisee network, who now operate over 85 Dunkin' restaurants across Arizona.
The first of these locations is set to open this July in North Mountain Village in Phoenix. Located at 3255 W Peoria Avenue, the new Dunkin’ restaurant will offer guests a fresh, friendly, vibrant, and engaging environment. With the brand’s innovative Next Generation store design, people who live and work in the area will run on Dunkin’ faster and more conveniently than ever before.
The additional Dunkin’ restaurants are set to open throughout this summer in Mesa (1105 N Higley Ave) and Surprise (14031 W Grand Ave). With the addition of these three new locations, Arizona will be home to 110 Dunkin’ restaurants statewide, with 91 restaurants owned and operated by QBG.
Exciting elements of the new Next Generation restaurants coming to Phoenix include:
· Premium Pours: Dunkin’s signature iced beverages are poured through an innovative tap system, serving a variety of consistently cold sips, such as iced coffee and refreshers. Crew members also use top-quality, flavor-maximizing espresso machines to make handcrafted drinks to order.
· A Modern Design: The openness, colors, and materials used in the design help create an approachable, positive, and energetic environment. Just one example of the eye-catching design elements that guests can expect is a front-facing bakery case for an even closer look at our delicious baked goods.
· Dunkin’ on Demand: Dunkin’ has introduced an area dedicated to mobile pickups so that members of the Dunkin’® Rewards program who order ahead via Dunkin’s Mobile App can get in and out of the restaurant faster than ever before. For all orders placed for pick up inside the restaurant, guests will be able to track the status of their order via a new digital order status board.
· Increased Energy Efficiency: The new Dunkin’ is a DD Green Achievement restaurant, which is designed to save 25% more energy compared to a standard Dunkin’ restaurant.
"We’re proud to continue fueling America’s love for Dunkin’ across the Phoenix Metro area,” said Ashleigh Griffith, Senior Marketing Manager at Quality Brand Group. “Each new opening represents our commitment to bringing communities faster, more modern ways to run on Dunkin’ - from premium beverages on tap, to the convenience of mobile ordering. We’re excited to grow our footprint and keep delivering the Dunkin’ experience our guests know and love.”
All three restaurants will employ approximately 20 crew members per store, each open daily from 4 a.m. to 8 p.m.
