QBG opens milestone 90th Dunkin’ location in Phoenix

PHOENIX (August 2025) — On Saturday, August 2, Quality Brand Group marked a major milestone with the grand opening of its 90th Dunkin’ location in the Valley of the Sun - and 178th overall - at 1105 N Higley Rd in Mesa.

The celebration was nothing short of vibrant, thanks to the incredible turnout from the Mesa community. Guests enjoyed appearances and performances from local favorites including State Forty Eight, JEM Dance, and The Taco Spot. A special shoutout goes to Lulu, who stole the show with her “paws-itively” delightful visit for Cup for Pup.

In keeping with Dunkin’s mission to spread joy and Quality Brand Group’s purposeful commitment to meaningful community investment, the grand opening also featured a $1,500 investment towards New Valley Kids Camp Chaos - a summer camp dedicated to creating safe, fun, and enriching experiences for local youth.
