Dunkin’ Celebrates Search and Rescue Heroes of Phoenix Fire Department

Aug. 26 is National Dog Day, and Dunkin’ is doing Something Good to recognize heroic pups. Phoenix Fire's K-9 team was surprised with special treats.

PHOENIX, AZ — On the heels of National Dog Day on August 26, Quality Brand Group was honored to celebrate the bravery and dedication of the Phoenix Fire Department's K-9 search and rescue team. This special delivery was a heartfelt thank you to the hardworking pups and their handlers following a grueling 20-day deployment to Texas for flood recovery and search operations.

The K-9 crew - Moxie, Tallon, Merlyn, Argus, and Reef - were treated to special pup cups and BARK x Dunkin’ toys. Their counterparts were also celebrated with Dunkin’ Iced Coffee, Refreshers, and custom donuts decorated with photos of their four-legged partners.

This celebration highlights our purpose to be a positive investment for the communities with which we engage. We are so grateful for the incredible commitment of our local teams who made this event happen, honoring the bravery of the Phoenix Fire Department.
